This refund policy applies to all Fly Liquid Lab services, including:
- Website design and development projects
- SEO strategy and implementation services
- Digital marketing and social media management
- Mobile application development
- AI/ML consulting and development
- E-commerce store development
- Ongoing retainer and maintenance agreements
- One-time consultations and audits
3. The 30-Day Window
The 30-day refund period begins on the date your payment is received by Fly Liquid Lab. To be eligible for a full refund, your refund request must be submitted within this 30-day window.
For projects paid in installments, the 30-day window applies to each installment individually. If you have paid a deposit and the project has not yet commenced, your full deposit is refundable at any time prior to project kick-off.
4. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply contact us using one of the channels below and let us know you would like to request a refund. We will process it promptly.

A member of our customer care team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and confirm the refund amount and processing timeline.
Refund processed within 7 business days
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation. Bank processing times may add 3 to 5 additional days depending on your financial institution.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit or debit card payments are refunded to the same card
- Bank transfers are refunded to the originating bank account
- PayPal payments are refunded to the originating PayPal account
- For other payment methods, we will discuss the most practical refund approach with you
6. Work Already Delivered
Our 100% refund guarantee applies even if we have already commenced or completed work on your project. We believe this is the fairest policy โ and it motivates us to deliver quality that clients are genuinely happy with from the start.
In the event of a refund after work has been delivered, you agree not to use any of the delivered work product (designs, code, content, or strategies) commercially. Intellectual property for uncompensated work reverts to Fly Liquid Lab.
7. Subscription and Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainer agreements (SEO management, social media management, maintenance packages):
- The 30-day refund applies to the most recent monthly payment
- If you cancel a retainer within 30 days of a monthly payment, that month's payment is fully refundable
- You may cancel a retainer agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice, with no penalty or fee
- There are no long-term lock-in contracts โ all retainer services are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing
8. What Is Not Covered
The following are excluded from this refund policy:
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domain registrations, hosting fees, advertising spend, stock photo licenses, software licenses) โ these are non-refundable as they are paid to third parties
- Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed
- Services completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request date
